Hello dear reader!

I am excited for you to read these books. Six Months in Montana was my first published book, in November of 2013. I'd always loved reading Harlequin romances---I used to buy them in my local grocery store and love the romances that were such a fun escape. In writing this series, I tried to capture that feeling.

These five books are set in the fictional town of Beaufort, near Bozeman. It is a small town and has that close-knit community and family feeling. That is a trademark of my books--readers often tell me that my characters quickly feel like friends and they look forward to each book to see what their new friends are up to. And that is the best compliment I could receive.

I hope you enjoy these stories. If they are your first introduction to my books, I hope you will also read my newer series. The Nantucket Inn series is about a woman who turns her home into an inn so she can afford to stay on the island near her four adult children and friends. This is the book that was a side project for me, a real labor of love as I live near Nantucket and I wrote the book I wanted to read and fortunately lots of readers loved this book and wanted more. There are now 8 books in the series and more planned.

Six Months in Montana--Will Molly give up her dream hotel job in Manhattan to help out a childhood friend when his grandfather puts a condition in his will that he must marry Molly and stay married for at least six months in order to inherit the family ranch.

Mistletoe in Montana--Christian's brother is recuperating at the ranch with a broken leg. He is not a fan of the holidays--with good reason--yet finds himself intrigued by Tracey, who loves all things Christmas. But he's not staying, he's heading home to the city ASAP.

Mischief in Montana--Christian's ex, realtor Isabella finds herself in a surprising love triangle when she crushes on a handsome local artist and has no idea that someone else is crushing on her. 

Match-making in Montana--Single mother Anna is taken by surprise when her best friend Isabella rents the house next door to Anna's high school sweetheart, Zach who promised her forever before abruptly moving away and cutting off all contact. 

Winter in Ireland--Romance writer Jen, heads to Ireland to get over a break up and research her next novel. The last thing she is looking for is romance--especially with another workaholic like Ian.

Molly was speechless. No wonder Travis was a little flustered. If he didn't look so uncomfortable, she'd wonder if he was joking, but it was obvious that he was quite serious.

"This is ridiculous. Why would he do this?"

Travis looked at Christian, who then explained, "My grandfather approved of almost everything I've done, except when it came to dating. I haven't really been serious about anyone in years, and he wasn’t thrilled about the ones I have dated. He'd been after me for a long time to settle down. I told him that you can't rush these things, but truthfully I have no interest in getting married and he knew it."

"Okay, but why me? No offense, but why on earth would I agree to this? You both know I live and work in Manhattan. My life isn't here."

"He always liked you, and knew we used to get along."

"We were just kids." Molly protested.

Travis jumped in to further explain, "It's really not that bad. You just have to stay married for six months. If you both want out after that, there's no problem."

"Yes, but even if I were open to doing this, I couldn't. I have a job and an apartment clear across the country. Unless a long-distance marriage would be okay?" It was a lame attempt at humor on her part, a way to lighten the mood. The whole thing was too surreal.

"No, that wouldn't work." Travis pulled the will from a manila folder and flipped to the last page, where the terms of this arrangement were apparently detailed. "According to his instructions, you need to marry within the month, and live together as husband and wife for at least six months after that."
